THE CAMELINA SATIVA

It’s a plant which seeds are rich of polyunsaturated fats, the good fats, it has the 45% of Omega 3 inside and is rich of
Vitamin E.

Studies demostrate that the assumption of Omega 3 helps to avoid the increase of cholesterol, reduces tiredness and helps the skin other than being a “cure-all” for the cardiovascular system.

Because we’ve always been busy improving the wellness of our chickens we wanted to be the first to enrich our feedings with the seeds of this plant and doing so we’ve increased the Omega 3 values of our eggs.

THE EGG, OUR DAILY CHALLENGE

THE SHELL
The shell is resistant, thanks to the rich diet of calcium and to the life in the open air that, with the exposure to the sun, allows the hens to synthesize the vitamin D

THE YOLK
The yolk is naturally gold yellow, because the hens' feeding is rich of corn and soy, without any synthetic coloring

THE ALBUMEN
The albumen is thick and viscous, thanks to the freedom of movement that allows the hens to correctly digest the feeding
