where we come from

From the fields, it was obvious, but from far away. The one here, infact, is not a random photo, but it is our family, with peasant roots since 1800, gathered in the house that will later be the first headquarters of our company.

It is with Sergio, however, that this story begins, when little more than twenty years old and with few resources but eager to embark on a new path, he dedicated himself to breeding rabbits first and organic pigs then.

Until 1997, when he decided to bet on a business unknown and revolutionary for the time, was born so the first Italian producer of organic eggs.

QUALITY MEANS DOING THINGS RIGHT WHEN NO ONE IS WATCHING

The beginning of something big while remaining small.

Growing bigger and bigger has never been our goal, we did it consciously and only until we had to compromise. Because, quoting the words of the great creator of Nutella, Michele Ferrero, we can never forget about the "Valeria".

But who is Valeria? She represent the typical customer. She decides the success of an idea and a product and if one day she changes her mind and doesn’t buy you anymore, then you’re ruined. Without warning, because she doesn't send you a letter from the lawyer to warn you, she just decided to not to choose you anymore, end.
That’s why you have never to betray Valeria.

BETTING PAYS OFF

Small, as always of course, but with very big satisfaction for us. To date, our eggs have been appreciated by numerous newspapers such as "Gambero Rosso" and "Dissapore", falling into the ranking of the 10 best Italian eggs. In addition, although our heart beats in the country, our products are exported to countries where we would have never imagined to arrive, such as China and the Arab Emirates.

Keeping faith with our ideals is the goal we set for the future, aware that pages of this story are still waiting to be written and we can not wait to do so.

WE CREATED A MODEL OF SMALL QUALITY FARMS

The quest to improve and make sense of everything I do is the constant of my life. This study of the new, of the unexpressed, is an incentive for me to create, understand and understand the initial "Do" of this Company and here I have never stopped learning.
