With this spirit starts our support at the projects for the realization of the Tiramisù, that on May 24th 2015, in an unforgettable frame of the Ferro Square in Gemona del Friuli (UD) full of people, breaks the world record of the biggest Tiramisù with its 3.015 Kg.
A huge archievement organized by the Cons.Erva Association, to which we couldn’t be more thankful to have made our name written indelibly in the record book. For this Tiramisù we have contributed with 6.000 eggs but our main gratidude goes to the pastry chefs and the volunteers that have worked continously for two days at the ralization of this extraordinary result. In that occasion we’ve made a video of the event that we propose here again.
The following year the replica with the World Biggest Profiterole, that with its 150 Kg, on April 16th 2016, enter itselfs in the record book.
